These beautiful 5 Year Anniversary Earrings are just the perfect gift for a 5 year Survivor! Made of 18 kt white gold, the 5 small Cubic Zirconium stones are nestled in the body of the awareness ribbon, which is actually an earring jacket. The 2.75 ct center stone is a pierced earring, which holds the jacket to the ear. The earring studs may also be worn alone as a solitaire. They were designed by Mary for the very important 5 year survivor milestone.
