Essentially, every purchase will charge your credit card twice - once for about 85% of your purchase to Beaux Tie Designs and the second time for about 15% of your purchase to the Arizona Institute for Breast Health. As you shop, you add items to your shopping cart here at our site. When you are ready to checkout and pay for your items, you will need to enter your shipping and contact information and then confirm that your order is precisely as you wanted it. At this point, you have the option to correct anything that is not exactly to your liking. You may also go back and continue shopping if there is something you missed. You will not be asked to enter your contact information again - it will stay with you in your cart. After you confirm that your order is correct, we will process your order and charge your credit card. Once our systems have verified your credit card and given us an authorization for the amount of your purchase (usually within a few seconds), your order will be cleared and scheduled for delivery. Since many of our customers purchase our unique crystal bracelets as gifts, it is sometimes difficult to know the bracelet size. We offer two sizes of bracelets to accommodate most wrist sizes. Beaux Tie Designs uses the Ground Shipping Option as the default method when making purchases. We do offer faster delivery options if you would like your items shipped more quickly. All you need to do is change your shipping option by editing your shipping preferences when at the shopping cart. When items are returned, you MUST send them via a trackable shipping method for proof of delivery. When shipping a defective item or an item within the warranty period that requires repair, you must contact Beaux Tie Designs and request an RMA number. In the case of defective items, Beaux Tie Designs will cover the cost of shipping. If you are returning an item within the 14-day no-hassle-refund period, you must send the items via a trackable method and you are responsible for the shipping charges.

We are only required to charge sales tax on purchases where the billing address of the credit card is in Arizona. You will only pay tax on the non-donation amount of your purchase. For example, if you purchased $100.00 worth of items and the billing address of your credit card is in Arizona, then we are required to charge you sales tax on $85.00, which is your total after we subtract the 15% that will be donated in your name. Gift wrapping and shipping charges are included after sales tax is calculated.
